Default Fixing Tombs

Tombs is broken, anyone that goes there without a group knows what I mean. Even if you're looking for the Fotm it takes too long.

What they need to fix it is more than just a LFG Tag. They need a leaders started LFG build box and it needs to go cross district the same way chat does.

Just a simple interface box to make it easy to advertise your group or find a group that's doing what you want, without jumping districts or any of that BS.

I agree. It would be much easier when you're LFG if you have some tool on the interface that advertises available parties.

The whole trying to find a group in tombs is flawed in general. Even if you manage to find a team that you could join up with you best hope you meet the elitist's rank requirement.

Regardless, some sort of system should be implemented to speed up the process. Specifically to newer players who are just looking to play the game.

I think fame and/rank should be obtained not only in Tombs but in other areas of PvP depending on your wins, consecutive wins etc...
At least up to a maximum of 3rd rank to enter parties in Tombs.

If you're good other areas of PvP then you should do pretty well in Tombs.

Having a number over your head doesn't mean you're looking for more people, at least not random pickups.

Being good in other areas of pvp doesn't indicate being good at tombs at all. You can be good enough to go on unlimited win streaks in TA and still not do well in tombs. GvG seems more dependent on tactics, or coordination during battle, then strategy, or coordination before, which is what tombs is all about.

If you allowed people to earn up to 3rd rank through methods other than tombs, then the random pickups would require 4th rank instead. Really, if you want to get into good tombs groups, rank isn't how you do it. You do it by meeting people in TA, or through your guild. When you know enough people who think you're a good player, you'll be getting /tells everytime you log in for tombs groups, regardless of rank. Good players hate resorting to uknown pickups for tombs groups, and if they can get away with inviting player they know to be competent over a random pickup who may have higher rank, they'll take the player they know.

The problem with giving rank in other areas is that it will raise the rank meeting from the better players from r3+ to r6+. Ill give you some info i was givin when trying to break into pvp. go to arenas first and get a feel for it. meet a couple people there that if you do well add them to your friends list and keep in contact with them. Make as many contacts as u can. Gather you up a good group of those contacts that wanna go to tombs. find a decent build you wanna run and organize everyone, go in and have fun

it's much much easier to get 30 cons win in arenas then it is in tombs, maybe a different ranking system specifically for arenas, but no fame in arenas

I totally agree there is a need to create a more efficient grouping system, espacially in tombs.

That system must be:
- across multiple districts
- efficient searching and joining

See my post, the Infamous LFG Tag, in this section, page 2 usually. I have ranted/and or raved <Depends on how you view it> On said topic. I believe if it's worked out, it would be infinitely better.
